Good morning, all. I recently had a falling out with an old friend of mine. We were both in very bad spots in our lives. Someone told me, "If you let the negativity take over, it will destroy you." I was fortunate to release that energy. For those of you, like my old friend, just let go of the bad things in your life. Life is too sweet.

Rock bottom....

Good day, all. This morning I awoke to the sound of rain. As I got ready for work I noticed a small ray of light through the clouds. That's all I needed. You see, I hit rock bottom this weekend. Every problem I had came crashing over me. And all it took was a ray of hope to wake me back up. To everyone who has been there, hope is all around.

A great loss...

Good day, everyone. I lost someone close to me last week. I'll leave you with my sisters words. "Remember life is short and you should grieve the end of a chapter in your life, but it is only a chapter. You have an entire book ahead of you. Know that you will get up one day and see the beauty of life again."
